Austrian diplomat, Wolfgang Petritsch has described as “dangerous” the proposals that the Serbian President, Boris Tadic made to the official Tirana to divide borders in the Balkans.
He said that such statements are dangerous, frivolous and do not contribute to regional stability.
Petritsch has welcomed the start of talks between Kosovo and Serbia, assessing them like a process that will positively affect the peace between the two countries.
